Downloading a website's code is a one-time digital purchase. Because the file is generated and delivered to you immediately, downloads are final and non-refundable once delivered — the same way most digital goods work.
The one exception: if the file you received is genuinely broken or incomplete (for example, it fails to open or is missing content due to a technical error on our end), contact us at support@verinta.ai within 7 days of the purchase and we'll fix the issue or refund that specific download.
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel anytime from your account page — your plan stays active until the end of the billing period you already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.
We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period when you cancel. If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge), contact us at support@verinta.ai and we'll review it.
When you upgrade to a higher plan, we show you the exact prorated amount you'll be charged before confirming, based on the time remaining in your current billing period. This charge is final once confirmed, in exchange for immediate access to the higher plan's limits.
If you have a billing concern, we ask that you contact us first at support@verinta.ai so we can help — filing a chargeback with your bank without reaching out first may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is resolved.
