These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Verinta (the "Service"), operated by Verinta ("Verinta", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Verinta lets you describe a website and generates a preview using artificial intelligence. You can customize the preview (text, colors, and a logo you upload) and, for a fee, download the underlying code. Verinta is a tool for creating a starting point for your website — it is not a web hosting service, a design agency, or a guarantee of any particular business outcome.
You need an account to generate or save websites. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter into a binding contract.
Verinta offers a Free plan and paid subscription plans (Starter, Pro, Business), each with a monthly allowance of website previews and AI edit credits, plus a small number of AI edits refreshed daily. Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe.
When you upgrade from one paid plan to another, we charge a prorated amount for the remainder of your current billing period before showing you the exact amount and asking you to confirm. Your next full billing cycle is then charged at the new plan's price.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access to your plan's features until then, and you will not be charged again afterward. We do not provide partial refunds for unused time in a billing period.
Downloading the code for a website is a separate, one-time purchase. Each paid plan includes a number of downloads per month at no extra charge; additional downloads are billed individually. Once a download is generated and delivered, the transaction is final except as described in our Refund Policy.
When you complete a download, you own the resulting code and may host, modify, and use it however you like, including commercially. Verinta retains no rights to the specific website content you generate and download.
Website content, layouts, and copy are generated by artificial intelligence based on your description. We instruct the AI not to invent specific facts (like phone numbers, addresses, or founding dates) that you haven't provided, but AI systems can still make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content — including any facts, claims, or contact information — before publishing your website, and for making sure it's accurate and complies with applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice.
Verinta relies on third-party services to operate, including Stripe (payments), Supabase (accounts and data storage), DeepSeek (AI generation), and hosting/email infrastructure providers. Your use of Verinta is also subject to the applicable terms of these providers where relevant.
The Verinta name, logo, software, and platform (excluding the specific website content you generate and download) are owned by Verinta and may not be copied, reused, or reverse-engineered without permission.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will be suitable for any particular purpose. You use generated websites and their content at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Verinta will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim arose.
You may stop using Verinta and cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll make a reasonable effort to notify you (such as by email or a notice on the Service). Continuing to use Verinta after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
