WEDDING INVITATIONS AND RSVPS

One link for the wedding, and a number you can give the caterer.

A page with the date, the place and the details, and an RSVP that counts itself. Guests answer without making an account; you watch the headcount instead of chasing it.

Free to make and free to put online. No account for your guests.

How it works

  1. 01

    Describe the wedding

Both names, the date, the venue, and anything guests need to know — parking, dress, the time the ceremony actually starts. Two designs come back in about a minute.

  2. 02

    Make it yours

Change any word, swap the photo for one of your own, pick colours that match the day. You are editing the page itself, not filling in a template.

  3. 03

    Send one link

Put it online free and share it however you were going to — a group chat, an email, printed on the invitation. No app for guests, no account for guests.

  4. 04

    Watch the count

Every reply updates the total, adults and children apart. Export the list as a spreadsheet the day the caterer asks.

What every reply tells you

Their name
So you know who answered, not only how many.
Their email
To reply to one guest without opening a group chat.
Coming or not
The answer, plainly, and the running total either way.
How many
Adults and children counted separately, because caterers price them separately.
Anything they want to say
A message box. Allergies, a late arrival, congratulations.

Questions people ask

Is the wedding RSVP website free?

Making it and putting it online is free, and it stays free — your guests reply, you see the count, nothing expires. A paid plan adds more AI edits and lets you download the site's code; neither is needed to collect replies.

Do guests need an account or an app?

No. They open the link, read the details, and answer on the page. Nothing to install, nothing to sign up for, and it works the same on a phone as on a laptop.

Does it count how many people are coming?

Yes, and that is the point of it. Each reply records whether they are coming and how many are in their party, adults and children separately, and the total updates as answers arrive. You can export the list as a spreadsheet the day you have to give the caterer a number.

Can I ask guests something besides yes or no?

Every reply carries their name, their email, whether they are coming, the headcount, and a message box for anything they want to tell you. There are no custom questions or meal choices yet.

What is the web address?

You choose it — yourname.verinta.app — and you can change it later. One payment removes the small "Made with Verinta" line from the bottom of the page if you would rather it were not there.

How long does it take to make?

About a minute for the page itself. You describe the wedding — the names, the date, the place, anything guests need to know — and two designs come back to choose between. Changing the words, the photo or the colours afterwards takes as long as you want it to.

Can I change it after sending the link out?

Yes. The link stays the same while you edit, so a corrected time or a new direction to the venue reaches everybody who already has it.

The guest list should count itself.

Describe the wedding, pick a design, send the link. The replies arrive as a number instead of as forty messages you have to add up.
